People tend to grossly under estimate the city of Hyderabad when it comes to food. Maybe it’s not really people and it’s just me. I knew this city has it’s rich royal history but only after numerous visits did I realise the nobility extends towards their food as well. Hyderabad or the city of pearls is a food lovers paradise. I’ve discovered sweets, biryanis , dosas and a host of dishes that are exciting and worth experimenting with. I notice that a lot of traditional recipes ask for a host of ingredients, you need a good amount of patience and…

It is always hard for me to review a hotel. Believe it or not I have rejected a few invitations because straight off the bat I know those will be generic clones with nothing new to offer. When the invitation to review the Sheraton Hyderabad property came my way I said yes based on the fact that Sheraton as a brand has a good reputation when it comes to comfort and service (something that is extremely important to me) and more so because I personally have not had any experience with a Sheraton property anywhere in the world. I’ve started this new year by drowning in work projects. It wasn’t planned but it seems like the first three months of this year are packed with things I need to get done. I’m not complaining at all since I love being busy but sometimes in the midst of all the madness, a day or two to cut off and unwind is essential. Thanks to the Novotel in Hyderabad, I did just that. Two days away from the city with complete rest and relaxation will do wonders to recharge your batteries and so much so that I didn’t want to…
