My relationship with food is a tempestuous one. There are times when I love it and get all engrossed in flavours and different recipes and then there are days where I get frustrated and start counting calories. One of my favorite snacks is granola. I enjoy it at breakfast in a parfait with some yogurt or in the evening as a granola bar or even just something to munch on through the day. The recipe is really simple and the best part is you can customize it whichever way you like. If you’ve been paying close attention to my posts or social media updates, you’ve noticed I’m trying my hardest to stay as healthy as possible and eat clean. I’ve started what I call my breakfast series on the blog recently and uptill now it only had a roundup of places I’ve visited for their breakfast spread. This is my first attempt at sharing a breakfast recipe.
