My introduction to Africa as a continent was through South Africa and it was one of the most memorable trips of my life. I spent time in Johannesburg Capetown and Durban but it’s really CapeTown that has my heart.
I remember witnessing the most breath taking sunsets where the sky lit up with all sorts of colours unlike anything I had ever seen ( I later realized this is an African treat and you get some beautiful sunsets in most African countries ). I remember glorious beaches, the majestic Table Mountain and picturesque Chapman’s Peak Drive and just some of the best food I had eaten.
I had such a special time in Capetown that when I decided to launch my very own travel tours, I had to include this gorgeous city. So while today’s post is dedicated to Capetown it’s also to announce my brand new venture – #thetinytastertours
I plan to do many curated trips of small groups to different destinations across the world but currently the first one is to South Africa and we kick off in Cape Town. I’ve teamed up with Quantum Travels, an agency I use frequently that also happen to be South Africa specialists and we’ve put together a fabulous trip!
From penguin watching, visiting neighboring wineries and drinking lots of local wine, sightseeing and of course plenty of gorgeous food this tour is action packed and we also include a Safari.
